Collective Leadership and Mutual Accountability

We believe that multiple leaders is not only healthy but also biblical. In the Bible, particularly the New Testament leadership was almost always expressed in pairs and groups. Jesus sent out the disciples two by two. Paul and Barnabas. Peter and Mark. Priscilla and Aquila.

Seeking to Build a Culture

We are seeking people who are willing to serve from the ground up but also are creative, innovative, open to new ideas, and lead boldly.  In order to make that a reality, we seek to make a culture where there is unity but also where belonging is not threatened by bold ideas, where people can be brave speaking out and are supported by community through the bond of peace.

Our Purpose:

The focus of this ministry is the salvation and growth of individual people and families through the teachings, messages and concepts found in the Bible and applied through an integrated and multi-disciplinary approach to discipleship. A secondary purpose of this ministry is to cultivate apprentice leaders to develop additional churches and other organizations in the areas of business, education, research, media, and the arts.
